This privacy policy (hereinafter - Policy) establishes the terms of personal data processing when using Fertrado, UAB, company code 306362315, registered office address at Vilnius, Savanorių pr. 178A, LT-03154 (hereinafter - Company), which is the operator of the website www.fertrado.com (hereinafter - Website).

The Policy informs you about what information we collect about you when you use the Website and/or visit it, how long we store the information, and what rights you have. Therefore, please read the Policy carefully and evaluate the terms you agree to. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not visit the Website and do not use the content and/or services provided on the Website.

Data Controller/Company - a legal or natural person who alone or together with others determines the purposes and means of personal data processing. Within the scope of this Policy, the Data Controller is Fertrado, UAB, company code 306362315, registered office address at Vilnius, Savanorių pr. 178A, LT-03154.

Data Subject - in this Privacy Policy, any person who uses the Website or expresses a will to use the services provided on the Website or contacts the Data Controller with a request through the Website.

Personal Data - any information relating to a natural person - the data subject, which is processed by the Data Controller and by which a person can be identified, including but not limited to: name, surname, email address, phone number, etc.

Data Processing - any action performed with personal data: collection, recording, accumulation, storage, modification (addition or correction), provision, use, destruction or any other action or set of actions.

4.1. For Pilot Programme, Enquiry and Newsletter Purposes

The Website allows you to apply to the Fertrado pilot programme, to send us an enquiry and to subscribe to our newsletter.

In order to provide the above-mentioned services, the Company collects and processes the following personal data:

• Name and surname;
• Email address;
• Country;
• Company and role;
• Other information that you have voluntarily provided together with the message (request) text.

After you fill out the form and provide the data, the Company will contact you using the contact details you provided. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is processed on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter.

Personal data obtained for this purpose may be transferred to the Company's business partners and service providers (form, newsletter and hosting providers), who have committed to the Company to process and store the received data in the manner and under the conditions set out in this Policy. Personal data collected for pilot programme and enquiry purposes is stored for 5 (five) years from the date of submission of the request; newsletter data is stored until you unsubscribe. After the specified period expires, the data is deleted automatically in such a way that it cannot be restored, except in cases where the period has been extended to the extent that it does not violate the rights of the Data Subject and the requirements established by legal acts.

5. Your Rights

In accordance with the Regulation, you, as a Data Subject related to Data Processing, have the following rights:

• The right to know (to be informed) about the processing of your data;
• The right to access the data and how it is processed;
• The right to request correction, taking into account the purposes of personal data processing, to supplement incomplete personal data;
• The right to be forgotten - to destroy your personal data or to stop the processing of your data (except storage);
• The right to restrict data processing - to require the Data Controller to restrict data processing;
• The right to data portability;
• The right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent that it is related to direct marketing;
• The right to lodge a complaint with a state supervisory authority;
• Other rights specified in the Regulation.

A Data Subject, when exercising the above rights, may submit any request or instruction related to personal data processing to the Data Controller in writing by email: hello@fertrado.com. The Data Controller, having received such a request or instruction, no later than within one month from the date of the request, provides a response and performs the actions specified in the request or refuses to perform them. If necessary, the specified period may be extended by another two months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In such case, within one month from the date of receipt of the request, the Data Controller informs the Data Subject about such extension, together with the reasons for the delay.

The Data Controller may not provide conditions for Data Subjects to exercise the above rights, except for the objection to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, when in cases provided for by law, it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation and detection of crimes, violations of official or professional ethics, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the Data Subject, the Data Controller or other persons.

6. Transfer of Data to Data Processors and Third Parties

In order for the Company to properly provide services and properly perform the Agreement, the Company has the right to engage other data processors for Personal Data processing. In order for the Company to provide services, your data may be transferred to the Company's partners to the extent necessary for the service to be performed.

7. Third-Party Services

The Company informs that the Website may contain third-party advertisements, links to their websites and services, which the Data Controller does not control, for example, a link to the Company's social network profile. The Data Controller is not responsible for the security and privacy of information collected by third parties.
